LIE Eastbound- take exit 32 (little Neck Parkway) Turn Right onto Little Neck Parkway, Turn Right onto 61st Ave. At the light turn left onto Marathon Parkway. The Douglaston Manor is one block up on the right.

LIE Westbound- Take exit 32 (little Neck Parkway). At Second Light turn left at Marathon Parkway. The Douglaston Manor is four blocks up on the right

Grand Central Parkways Eastbound- Take exit 24 (Little Neck Parkway). Turn Left off the ramp. Go to 61st Ave and turn left. Go to Marathon Parkway and turn left again. The Douglaston Manor is one block up on your right.

Grand Central Parkways Westbound- Take exit 24 (Little Neck Parkway).Turn Right. Go to 61st Ave and turn left. Go to Marathon Parkway and turn left again. The Douglaston Manor is one block up on your right.

Bronx or Westchester- Take Whitestone or Throngs Neck Bridge to the Cross Island Expressway South. Take Exit 29E (Grand Central Parkway East). Follow Directions from Grand Central Parkway Eastbound Above.

Northern Boulevard Westbound- Turn Left at Marathon Parkway. Continue past LIE to 63rd Ave. Douglaston Manor is on your right.

Northern Boulevard Eastbound- Turn right at Marathon Parkway. Continue past LIE to 63rd Ave. Douglaston Manor is on your right.

Belt Parkway or Southern State- Take Cross Island Parkway to Grand Central East. Follow directions from Grand Central Parkway Eastbound, above.

Please Note- If using a GPS please type in “Little Neck” Not Douglaston.
